Check if your sunglasses offers 100% UV protection
Dark glasses certainly do not always protect better than lighter glasses. Therefore always check the label of sunglasses and only take pleasure with sunglasses that offers 100% protection against UV radiation.
Ensure enough fresh air
With warm weather we are inclined to use air conditioning anytime and everywhere when we are inside, however, this is not good for your eyes. It can ensure that they get very dry and that is not pleasant. So make a minimum use of air conditioning as much as possible, let it certainly not leave the entire night in your hotel room.
Clock more with your eyes
In the spring and summer we have a lot to do with pollen and dust in the air, tear fluid ensures that your eyes remain clean. In warm weather and sun, however, you suffer from dry eyes faster and so it is good to deliberately blink more. This ensures that more tear fluid is created.
